A Mixed Experience Near the Station
online check-inconfusing layout
I found the online check-in system quite inconvenient. It is located outside the building. This means everyone on the terrace can see your personal information on the screen, not ideal. getting to my room on the higher floors was confusing.

the room was smaller than i anticipated based on the pictures. some basic amenities were missing. i also found that there was often no staff at the reception.
